All fabrics are in stock and ready to ship. Customers may order by phone, email and fax. Call us at 415-474-2288, fax us at 415-474-1617, email: [email protected]. Our business hours are M-F 9am – 5pm Pacific Time.

Payment Terms
We accept all major credit cards and prepaid cashier’s checks. Please call us to provide your payment option upon placing your order with one of our customer service representatives.

Minimum Order Requirement 
10 yards per fabric except for remnants. 15 yards per lace. Our Nordic style has a two yard (1 piece) minimum.

Shipping Options
UPS Ground unless customer requests another method. We ship worldwide and will try to get the best rate through other carriers if necessary. All shipping is FOB San Francisco (customer pays freight). For more info, see our Important Advice page.

Return Policy
We accept returns on fabrics within 30 days of receipt of goods.  A minimum restocking fee of $25.00 or 20% of the material value, whichever is higher, will apply to the returned fabrics with no quality issues. No returns are accepted if fabrics have been cut, laundered, dyed, or altered in any form. Customers are also responsible for returned freight.
